InfoLib Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and InfoLib LLC (“InfoLib,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of infolib.org, related pages, accounts, tools, data, content, communities, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms displayed for a particular feature. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision. Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective means you accept the changes. Material changes may also be announced through the Services or by another reasonable method.

InfoLib is an information and education service. Content on the Services is not legal, tax, investment, insurance, accounting, or other professional advice. InfoLib is not registered as a securities broker-dealer or investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, or any state securities regulator, and InfoLib does not manage client assets.

Nothing on the Services is an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation or endorsement of any security, strategy, transaction, or issuer. Tools, research, alerts, tutorials, opinions, and planning features are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

Trading or investing in stocks, options, private companies, digital assets, or other instruments involves substantial risk. You may lose some, all, or more than your original investment. Private securities may be illiquid, may have no trading market, and may never develop a market. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any investment, strategy, security, or transaction is appropriate for your objectives, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance. Use the Services only as a starting point for independent research and consult appropriately licensed financial, legal, tax, or other professionals.

Do not assume that any method, technique, model, signal, indicator, alert, flow, ticker mention, or other information presented through the Services will be profitable or will avoid losses.

Information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or affected by human, machine, transmission, source, or market-data errors. We do not guarantee the truth, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, currentness, or usefulness of information provided through the Services or through third parties.

News, articles, social-media posts, Discord messages, filings, pricing, calculations, and other third-party material may contain errors or unverified claims. You should independently verify important information and use all material with appropriate skepticism.

The Services may link to or display content from third-party websites, platforms, information providers, and connected services. Those links are provided for convenience and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or association. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or content.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping it current. You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

You may not share account access, passwords, or subscription credentials. Notify InfoLib promptly through the support or contact method published on the Site if you know or suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization or that your credentials or payment information have been compromised.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the devices, internet connection, software, and other equipment needed to use the Services. We may modify, replace, reconfigure, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services. You bear the risk that technical changes may require changes to your equipment or software.

Paid features require payment of the subscription price shown at checkout or on the applicable billing page. Subscription fees may be charged monthly or annually in advance and may change for future billing periods. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew.

To prevent a renewal charge, cancel future recurring payments through Account Settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel or refund a payment that has already been processed.

Because access is provided as a non-tangible digital service, all completed sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Failed or rejected payments may result in suspension or cancellation of access until payment is successfully completed.

You are responsible for reviewing the price, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation terms before submitting payment.

The Services are licensed for your personal use or internal company use only, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, publish, transmit, or redistribute account access, paid data, screenshots, documents, non-public links, copyrighted material, or other Service content unless you own it or have written permission and all necessary rights.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, copy, reproduce, republish, or use automated systems or software to obtain data or content from the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, lease, loan, sublicense, create derivative works from, interfere with, or attempt to bypass security or access controls for the Services or related software.
• Solicit members, promote unauthorized paid or non-public services, spam, impersonate others, disrupt the Services, or use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Post or encourage violent, abusive, derogatory, vulgar, racist, hateful, harassing, illegal, or disruptive content, including pump-and-dump activity, tax evasion, securities-law violations, antitrust violations, or unauthorized solicitation.

We may moderate, remove, restrict, or preserve content and may suspend or terminate accounts or community access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. A user removed for a violation may forfeit amounts already paid to the extent permitted by law.

InfoLib communities, including Discord and message boards, may operate as public or semi-public forums. Information posted by members is not verified or guaranteed by InfoLib and remains for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

You use community ideas, systems, data, alerts, and messages at your own risk. You are responsible for evaluating their accuracy, completeness, legality, and usefulness. Moderators may remove disruptive material and remove members without warning when necessary to protect the community or enforce these Terms.

The Services, including software, site design, trademarks, text, tools, compilations, databases, graphics, and other content, are owned by InfoLib, its licensors, or its content and information providers and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.

Except for the limited right to access and use the Services under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you. Third-party software included in the Services remains owned by the applicable third-party supplier.

You may not copy or reproduce Service content except for limited personal or internal company use permitted by these Terms, and you may not sell, lease, loan, distribute, or otherwise make it available to others without express written permission from the applicable rights holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all information, products, tools, and content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

InfoLib and its affiliates, licensors, content partners, information providers, officers, directors, managers, members, employees, and agents disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, currentness, timeliness, performance, uninterrupted availability, and freedom from errors or harmful components.

You acknowledge that the Services may experience errors, delays, interruptions, outages, changes, and data loss. Your use of and reliance on the Services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoLib and its affiliates, licensors, content partners, information providers, officers, directors, managers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, trading losses, business interruption, or similar losses arising from or related to the Services, even if advised that such damages were possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoLib’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to InfoLib during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, and in no event more than US$1,000.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law, and you may have additional rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfoLib, its information providers, and their respective officers, directors, partners, members, managers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your breach of a representation or warranty made in these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

You may not use the Services for any purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, rules, or third-party rights. You are responsible for taxes, charges, assessments, penalties, and interest associated with your purchase or use of the Services, except for taxes imposed on InfoLib’s income.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we determine that you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, failed to pay amounts due, or used the Services in a way that may harm InfoLib, other users, providers, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnification, and payment provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and any incorporated additional terms constitute the agreement between you and InfoLib regarding the Services.
